I have listened to some pathetic conference calls, but this one really tops them all. I missed the call, but just finished with the archive recording. Thanks to Kevin and the other guys that pressed Edward, John, and Kurt.

I have to say, they don't appear to be the least concerned about what we are naturally concerned about - the effective use of our capital. Revenues are not expected to be operating cash flow break even into 2011. They have got to incur capital expenditures to be a going concern in the fashion they indicate they will be, so free cash flows can be negative for far beyond that. We really don't need them to be a net acquirer of companies or assets for that matter, not when they generate negative returns on assets. That notion is rather ludicrous when you look at the historical performance of this management team.

Management referenced the preferred shareholders as being an obstacle to all the suggestions given during the conference call, but it is really management that is the obstacle to the effective use of our capital.
