The company has $5 in cash and I thus think even with no revenues (which is not the case) the stock would be worth at least $4 (a 20% discount vs cash). I know some will say that half of the cash is from the convert. However, from my understanding this convert is perpetual and I have factored it into my shares outstanding. What do you think?
