The price of ENER has been irratic, and thus signaling a bottoming process that would occur naturally, even if rumors were "not" cirrculating around. $10 is about it! The average price swap for RSU's is $12.09 per share. I have read all of the report I can read, and this is just my take. Rumors of "buyout" are false, and the current tender offer expires Nov. 10th "with employees"!
