I don't think the linked 38 page Numonyx pdf "Phase Change Memory" presented at/to (?) the Chief Technology Office at Carnegie Mellon on September 23, 2009, has been posted here yet. It's too technical for me, but it presents a lot of detail and specific projections about PCM development, at least in the eyes of Numonyx. The bottom of the slides say "Numonyx Confidential", so I don't know if the presentation is/was supposed to be in limited release. Ah, well, that's the internet for you.
