if she/he/it is a judge then she/he/it is a pretty stupid one and has already sown the seeds for at least a re-trial.
Granted she/he/it is intimate with the details, (and I think that raises a tad of ethical issues) but a judge? I hope not for the sake of our judicial system integrity. Rating :
