Ok... so EST didn't like something about Q3 and Q4... what happens to WorkflowOne now? The investor presentation noted that EST had to address $200 million in short term obligations. But without EST, does WFO have those same obligations to worry about in the short term? Did Moody's note that something had to be "re-done" before the end of Q1 to avoid a huge change in the monthly interest payment?
