This message board looks "anemic", but does anyone know if the deal is still on or not?
At $670MM (TEV) it would appear that EST was/is willing to pay about 8.5X Workflow's projected 2008 EBITDA (79.1MM) which includes their 2 pending acquisitons. Take a look at other current (as of 10/31/08) EBITDA to TEV multiples within the "print" industy: InnerWorkings-10.5X VistaPrint-8.4X Standard Register-6.3X Cenveo-6.25X Ennis-4.25X RRD-4.1X CGX-3.2X The Admiral PS When this deal was announced back in August, InnerWorkings was trading at 19.5X EBITDA...that was before the bottom fell out of the market in October.
