The chart is showing some signs of life and there is a news release saying that earnings are to be released on Dec 8, but a visit to the SEC reveals they have not filed any 10Ks, 10Qs, or 10QSBs. There may be a different form for foreign companies. It would be wise to read their financials to see what they are doing.
