I've believed in this management and held this stock for more than two years and for first time now feel this company has turned around. Their problems were not self made but all negative external influences. First it was the loss of their largest customer due to them reaching end of prduct lifecycle. Eltek have been clawing this business back ever since. Then it was the currency drop of the Shekel, which eventually came back on its own accord. And then they got hit by the global downturn, which Eltek are circumventing by expanding their markets with US military approval as well as reducing internal expense cost structures.

Considering all these external adverse effects, management have done well keeping Eltek on an even keel. Their last hurdle is to improve their balance sheet and cash liquidity which they have recently stated they are now addressing. I beleive they can do it - then we will be on the home run...
