NO one...repeat...no one can time the market often enough to make more money by shorting and buying than by just holding in any kind of uptrend market...and we have been in one for 7 months and will be in one for several years minmum...stocks will overall rise and betting against it it against the odds, simple as that. I often agree with short term analysis of some of bashers because it's true, stocks go up and stocks go down. Problem is with Echelon if you are not "in" next 36 months you will miss a lot of the percentage of big runs, by playing around make chump change the hard way, trading in and out and paying taxes. I actually have tripled my net holdings of elon from my investment by trading when I saw it was extremely overbought or over sold. Not impossible, but if even a reasonable degree of success comes to ElON that I expect next 2-3 years I feel like it is just too risky to be in cash and miss a big move. So my strategy and what I advocate is for a buy on dips(like this one) and hold on like a badger.
