Oshman was still in his fifties when I became a shareholder. He's 68 years old now and Stanfield is 60. Bea Yormark is proof that sh*t happens. I haven't heard any rumors or discussion of a succession plan. Any thoughts on who might up to the task within Echelon? Could selling the company be the succession plan?
