do yourself a favor and bail. kkr will take a beating on this one. the numbers are a black box. the company continues to fall short of projections they vehemently defended and every analyst on the street rightfully doubted. the reported numbers are padded by phantom pension income gains that don't fund the company's operations. restructuring payments, legacy costs and interest payments will continue to eat cash flow as fpeg shrinks into nothing. the digital camera business is poorly positioned in the low-end price category as competitors that produce components internally (canon, sony, samsung, panasonic) gain share and scale, cut prices and kill kodak's margins. inkjet will fail to gain critical mass before the company needs more money again. the only chance they have is selling fpeg now and i doubt they will be smart enough to do so.
