Its hard to believe that in EFX Brazil "things" happen and nobody does anything. Neither the new GM, Marcelo, a person that we , all employees always believed that he could change the way things are done in Brazil, but he is not doing.

FACTS are:
a) We all know Ricardo Garcia is expending corporate money , was audited, and nothing happened. Company was giving him ticket meals , and even though he was reimbursing his lunch, on weekends company pays for food, and travel, also for clothes among others

b) He paid airline tickets fullfare, downgraded and get the money to his personal credit card

c) He is having an affair with a lady from his team, a student, named Estela, the whole company knows about it. He takes her to a hotel , spends love night and company reimburse for that.

And dear Rick, the company that all employees believe in its values, in Brazil all employees always thought integrity was one of the most valued behaviors, fired 2 excelent top performers employees, Mr Igor Pessoa and Marcos Carmona, just because our competitor ACSP mentioned they said bad things about them. Marcelo didn´t give them a chance to proof they didnt. Equifax Brazil didn´t give them a chance to explain, just fired Igor and Marcos. In the case of Mr. Ricardo Garcia, CFO, nothing happens. Where is the integrity??? Where are the values you always mentioned. How come the CFO can have sex and company pays for it and nobody does anything? How come he gets company money from airfare tickets and nobody does anything??

Marcelo always ask us to focus , to give the extra mile and he is doing a great job by making us as one team, but we cant do it if we see we are not making justice in terms of values.

All Equifax Brazil employees believe in the stenght of our company. We want to continue to fight against our competitors and grow our company, but YOU and MARCELO are loosing US by not taking the correct actions.

Its hard to believe that Marcelo is accepting it, but in the bottom line he is not doing anything.
