Why is their website down about once a week, and why does it take 3 minutes for any page to load? Are they that low on money & resources they cannot pay for needed upgrades, or is a CIO just that incompetent? (I don't invest in this stock, just incredibly amazed by how crappy their site is) Any input would be appreciated.
