In my first post to this board, I was confusing EDGAR (SEC) with EDGAR Online. My initial assumption about being a "household" name in the investment community was based on that confusion. So while EDGAR is used by everyone, I assume EDGAR Online is not the only info service provider that can tap into the EDGAR database and provide feeds.

So my question is, does EDGR have competition in this space? Or, are they the de facto provider of EDGAR information? Do they have much of a moat in this space?

[My goal is to understand this company better with the help of you folks that have been here a long time. I'm very interested in their prospects. I hope I don't stir-up any old negative dialog. Even the Fool board was closed when it went into penny territory. It just seems like it might be an interesting investment opportunity now that it has been beat down so badly and with a delisting notice pending. Thanks in advance for your responses.]
