I'm an online retailer that does not sell on ebay.

Over the past month we've seen an increase in our chargebacks and phone calls regarding fraud charges from customers that never have shopped at our online store.

I've spoken to these customers seeing fraud charges (they've never heard of my company) and have also spoken to the folks that had the products shipped to them (who haven't heard of my company either).

The recipients of the orders from my website claim the product(s) they received they bought/won on ebay. These same recipients sent me links to their completed auctions and each of them were from the seller "tenderheart09".

After digging a little further I found multiple auctions where user "tenderheart09" was selling our products, then placing orders and in our online store, drop shipping these products with fraudulent credits cards, fulfilling/shipping them to his auction winners.

I contacted EBay but they wouldn't do anything or listen to the case against "tenderheart09". The only ebay would listen is if the credit card holder called them, which doesn't make sense because the fraud on the card holders statement was from my company (care of tenderheart09).

I sent them a description of everything with examples via contact us.

Anyone else see fraud like this or know how to shut this guy down? With feedback 99%+ and 400+.........he's been sliding under the radar.
