ENP, XTO, CLR, HES, BEXP, WLL Partners in drilling the Williston/Bakken formation which has 4.3 billion bbls oil. This is the biggest find in the world. Kodiak doing the drilling North Dakota and Montana area, why do you think Berkshire bought the railroad, could it be that is the only way they will be able to get the oil out of there in a hurry. The tree huggers will fight a pipe line and the right away would be expensive also. It takes a lot of energy to pump cold crude through many miles of pipe but the rails don't care if it's cold or hot annd probably less energy to transport on rail.
ENP should be the darling of the whole transaction considering they are in the front of the biggest oil deal EVER.
Check it out, the US Geological Survey will confirm. Also can confirm in The Leading Edge article March 2009 or just do a Bakken formation google and you will have all you can read for days. I am sure there will be a shake out at some time and this joint venture will dissolve and I haven't figured out who will be the dominant player or players in the Bakken drilling so I have no position to disclose yet Schlumberger and Micro Seismic also involved in the tech end with Kodiak drilling very effectivly and could be a good side play.
