Listening to the call. An analyst asked a question regarding DNR's support of GEL ( I don't know their interest here) and then ENP. They said that GEL was not within the main of their current business plan. However, ENP was, principally, as a source of financing for DNR's near term moderate deleveraging. So, ENP has a future related to DNR's future. The issue, of course, will be the terms of any dropdowns. But, I don't doubt that they are going to occur.

I get a sense of loss just because I like listening to Brumley each quarter. He did talk a little initially but so far hasn't said anything further. His future will be interesting to watch. He built EAC into a very strong private company. Giving that up surely wasn't easy because after it's all said and done, you're not in charge anymore. I do wonder if he will stay with the company long term. My guess would be no, as he is an in charge type. The reality is this merger makes sense and EAC got it's price. I don't think Brumley would have sold without getting his price as he knows the value of his company. As a growth company, this investment makes sense. Brumley wouldn't have done it if not because he gets a ton of DNR shares.

In any event, ENP's shareholders will have to get used to new management. I will certainly hold. I, also, think DNR has a very bright future though this acquisition does cost. It's all about domestic oil.
