I'm puzzled - what does the tragic CA unemployment rate have to do with funding for EBS products? Are you giving a fer-instance of the general economic mess we're in, or is there a more concrete connection?

Seems to me that the governments here and abroad are willing to spend a fair amount to ensure that unspeakable acts of barbarism do got gain much traction, regardless of the state of the economy...it's rather why I bought back in, though 20-20 hindsight has not been kind to that move.
