It's false since ESEA is making money. Last couple of quarters it turned a small profit but still a profit. Analysts lowered their estimates cause of the economy that's the problem here.

The fact you should weight a bit more is that the company will survive for sure (let's say 99.9% there's nothing certain except death and taxes), at the opposite of the many other competitors, cause management moved ahead of the crises and adopted a very conservative attitude while others kept on spending even when prices skyrocketed high last year.

I say this is a great entry point for a long term (2 years) investment.
