If you look at the history of Ash Grove, they are very cash rich and buy plants during down times. In the downturn of the 80's they expanded. They recently withdrew from a $400 million project outside Los Vegas. They do have the money to buy Eagle. IF you overlay Eagle's plants with theirs it fits in. Over the next two years they will buy out or at lest take a 50% ownership. They already own 5%.
