0% earnings growth, Present intrinsic value $1.22
4% earnings growth, Present intrinsic value $1.74 (2019 expected share price $5.39)
12% earnings growth, Present intrinsic value $1.95

Less about a nickel a share for debt, I would expect about $1.17 to $1.69 a share if directors work out a sale. (12% earning growth seems impractical to me)
