Stated in the most recent SEC report and now a press release. Any speculation on a prospective buyer name? I'm dye'n to know.

Funny how the stock price doesn't react when the statement is made in the SEC report, only when a press release is made. Shows that most people don't read the financial statements. Guess my bid for $0.25/share won't get filled now.
