I've bought several stocks at the div cut since it is commonly the bottom. It signals the wake up point for mgt and generally begins a more sound strategy for that co. I've actually done much worse with div increases. It seems div increases marks a high water mark for stocks just before they start a long descent. Odd isn't it?? Probably why your seeing a early bounce to 10.00. Sure, you might get follow through liquidation but I think it signals the low zone for EP. We'll see.
