Bottom line is Foshee has sold key assets, to invest in risky more volatile assets, and driven the company to the brink. He is not a leader, he is a follower.

EP has some great assets and had many more. The company needs new leadership. The complaint is not about the company and its potential, it is about the lack of strong leadership. EP has not and well not achieve its full potential under Foshee.

It is that simple.
