Soph outlined a good plan for the future locking in floor rates on his ships while still allowing to take advantage of increasing rates, doesn't plan on issuing more stock or debt (aside from undrawn credit facility).

He feels bullish about BDI rates as do I. You don't necessarily have to have a big demand increase, a falling dollar and increasing commodity prices is all the company needs for growth.

Warren Buffett has made a bullish bet on transportation and is perceived as being anti-dollar/cash as he's taking on a lot of debt and purging a chunk of free cash to do the deal. I think EGLE has a good future and the stock is just insanely cheap at current valuations.
