Does anyone know when the lock up period expires for the 8 million shares Onex sold. The price actions of EMS clearly was ramp up by the interest of the PE firm onex and their agents the investment banks who sold the 8 million share to gain technical support for the prospective buyers of the 8 million shares. The shares were sold @ a discount to market on the day of the transaction. The buyers of the 8 million shares have been handed the ramp up tag of “pump and dump”. Onex cash out, the investment banker who sold the shares cash out already with big fees. Eventually the institutional clients/MM who bought the 8 million shares will cash out and EMS will take a dive below it’s 200 dma.
