Duncan is the interconnection, as you suggest. I hopefully assume his actions are planned such that unit owners will benefit along, if not as much, as he. I do expect that there will continue to be consolidations genrally in MLPs in the current economic climate. The combinations that go forward will have to promise increased efficiencies to be completed.
