Hi guys, I'm doing a research project on the above topic and was hoping to elucidate some of EPE's international tax strategies. Specifically, EPE does not operate subsidiaries in any tax haven jurisdictions, and I was wondering whether this is because EPE is such a better corporate citizen than most of the large publicly traded corps in the U.S. or whether there might be other offsetting considerations. I was wondering whether anybody had any helpful leads. Much appreciated.
