i couldnt agree with you more...Klaus said on the prior earnings call that he would be disappointed if he didnt have someone in the position by Feb of 09. Well it was 2 mnths after that they found the CFO. So either they are stern in their qualitifications(doubt it), or no one else wanted the job...

im leaning towards the latter on that one..

However im still on board with the HOLD aspect rather then sell..the stock will rise just because klaus i beloved in the orange county area of California...for that sake alone makes this stock a viable hold if you got in around the 3-5 range..
