When I worked for EDGW in 1999, in an "Intellimark Office" I complained about an employee who brought a gun to work, threatening to shoot an old man in the office building.The gun was shown to people. Everyone knew and talked about it.

Nothing was done. Nobody cared, or if they DID - THEN THEY DID NOTHING.

Whats the dif between someone that cares and someone that does nothing?
