Woops, I left out the debt in the EV/per flowing barrel estimate:

13,000 boepd x $50,000/flowing barrel = EV = $650,000

$650M - $72 = $578 / 217M fully converted to common = $2.66

Either way, at current prices, the market is discounting END's prospects quite heavily.
