I own 4000 shares of EGO acquired a few years ago.

I believe this acquisition is going to open the door to EGO having a major presence in China. What this will give them in my opinion is some of the lowest cost labor and new mining opportunities in the world.

Most countries have depleted gold mine opportunities, i.e. Africa, Canada, U.S., South America. In my opinion China is basically untapped geographically and very little of its gold has been discovered.

EGO will end up with Chinese mining talent and will be in on what should be the ground floor to future opportunities. I think this will be strategically the best move they have made. Production will go up due to the Chinese mine, but this should open the door to more mining inside China.

Just my opinion but I think this could shoe EGO into the big leagues over the next 3-5 years. If that happens then it trades in the multiples that the major gold producers command.

I will not be surprised at $20 share or more in the next 3 to 5 years as this acquisition plays out.
