I have followed this stock, from time to time, for about 9 years now. The stock today trades at an absolute price of about 60% of what it traded for AFTER the NASDAQ tech implosion in 2000/2001. The company is a reseller of computer commodity products, and these types of companies are not exciting. Hence, no real excitement in the share price.

The company went public when it was trying to be a software company. Remember how many companies rushed to be "dot.com" companies back in 1999/2000? That's what PLUS did. They were just a leasing company that tried to market a software program to get customers to lease more stuff. Then, they married that to product resale, so that they could do leases based on wholesale cost rather than retail. Smart moves, but never ones that rewarded an outside investor.

The company is solid, but the only ones who will make money here are the insiders...and even they won't make much.

There are better places to put your money.
