The sale of the BOW is not the problem – it’s the incredibly bad lease management signed.
How could they put the company on the hook for the entire building of 1.9 million sq. ft. for 25 years with annual rent increases and other horrible conditions. This has got to be worst lease for office space of this magnitude that any Canadian corporation has ever committed to. Surely, they must have had legal advice before signing this lease. Rating :
