The BOW is the next problem to hit ENCANA
“In February 2007 ENCANA signed a long-term triple net lease of 25 years, with annual contractual rental increases of 1.5% for the entire building of 1.9 million square feet. At the time it looked like rental rates in Calgary would go up for ever just like gas prices.
