Q3 results out this am are especially weak. During the Q2 CC, Bruce had pointed to the push-out of "some govt. contracts" as the reason why the numbers were weak then.

Well, they got both of those contracts in Q3. Of course, they were both so tiny that they hardly merited a PR, but they put them out anyway. Now, their earnings release shows that they STILL missed on revenues, STILL missed on earnings, STILL produced a loss, and STILL are burning cash.

Oh, and one more thing: stock-based compensation charges are running at a $2.5 million annual rate. This for a company that's doing less than $20 million in annual sales. Of course, Bruce and the boys have NEVER shied away from taking what's due and taking the rest from shareholders.
