your board of directors consists of 9 people making about 150k apiece for serving on DGLY board per year. 3 of them are working also for INFY. A number of them are attorneys, govt ties etc. All of them will not help the stockholders because they like their jobs and you dont keep them by pissing on the CEO. It would take a stockholder revolt which rarely happens. The theft will continue without it. I dont expect it but do like to get my licks in to make up for what he cost me due to his incompetence IMO.
