Good for you. So AXL had a good couple of days. It's off the September high of $8.13 by 15%. DAN is off its recent highs in September and October ($7.24) by 17%. Until very recently AXL had been in a downward move since that September high. So if you're day trading and just knew to buy AXL yesterday, more power to you and could I have your crystal ball. If you've been holding it for the last month or more, you're in about the same shape as if you'd been holding DAN. Today I'd have been better off with my money in blue chips like DuPont for crying out loud. So I'm wondering where DAN goes next and I'm not too thrilled with the recent performance, but the case that AXL is a better investment on anything other than a day to day basis can't be supported.
