I have a little more optimistic view. Maybe my time line is longer, but I think over the next 5 yrs or so the SCLA will finally start producing the revenue they planned on, and all of the other efforts will bear fruit. When that occurs, the numbers will dictate a very large surge in earnings, which will raise the dividend, and share price. I know what you mean though, it gets tough to watch it languish while the mgmt sends downward guidances...
