I got into DCT when they were private also. Did it on a 10/31 exchange to postpone a half million in cap. gains. Then they went public at 10.50 a share. Really wish I'd have just paid the tax and walked. The one way I'm able to justify it is if I would have put my money any where else I would probably have lost it anyway. This market has really not taken any prisoners the past 12 months. I haven't seen too many places to hide other than a can buried in the back yard. Oh well...not to worry. barama will get us all through this I'm sure!
