Why sell now???
According to the rest of the world things are getting better fast.

I believe the scare over DAC getting stuck with new ships they cannot lease will be a thing of the past. Prices on new build orders start to move higher due to inflation .. Steel will go up along with labor.

Overcapacity in new ships should be worked out in 2 yrs. Can DAC get back to the 20"s
IMO- Its a buy at these prices.
