There's no money left for shareholders...none.

There is no free cash flow and, in fact, there is a nice cash burn that will continue for the foreseeable future.

What this means is that there is absolutely no one willing to buy them out in this current economic and credit climate.

The 2010 guidance shows that its questionable whether or not they can even cover interest exp and maint. capex. That means the enviro capex and the escalating cash costs of the DNE lease will suck up most of the cash balance over the next few years.

By 2011, when the first tranche of debt matures, DYN will be running on fumes. I seriously doubt they'll be about to refinance any of its debt -- at least, not without paying through the nose or taking more from the shareholders via dilution.

It's tragic what has happened to DYN via the LS Power acquisition and how BW has managed the company. But, at this point, you might as well save the future heartache and move on to other investments that have a real chance of growth.
