These foreign countries are charging a higer premiem for energy to offset the cost.
The internaltional goal is to supplement only a small percent, allowing more time for research and development.
It is easier to to convert farm and rural areas to new green technology than it is to convert a modern society dug in strongly to its infastructure.

Dynegy does have income but the stop will continue to go www for a while because of the economy.
But again it holds assets ready and easier for change.
So this venture is going to be long, and when it starts, it will go faster than the rest with more stability!
