Yes it is a DYAX release, however it does quote an "independent source" i.e. UCLA Professor.

I would say this is DYAX strengthening their case in the run up to approval. Maybe they are getting nervous, but I'd say this is clearly directed to the FDA - either approve our drug or many sufferers are going to be significantly worse off.

Just a little more pressure in the run up to approval......
