that anyone can find it acceptable for Mr. McGlyn to remain as ceo...what a mess..it would not surprise me if all is lost here.There are problems at Dover but company invested millions in monster makeover.BUT THE EXPANSION OUTSIDE OF DELAWARE WAS A DISASTER AT BEST AND MANAGEMENT IS STILL IN PLACE.A GOOD CEO DOES NOT FOCUS ON EMPIRE BUILDING WHILE DESTROYING SHAREHOLDER VALUE WHILE OVERPAYING FOR ACQUISITIONS
