Wow, thanks for your atrocious timing. Just 30 minutes before DTE reports earnings, zoski talks about a $38 foothold and then DTE reports a revenue shortfall due to a weak economy. Maybe the economy matters, per C1 and now Earley at DTE.

Even assuming a $38 foothold, the key questions are:
(1) why should zoski get a pass on his "strong buy" recommendation for DTE when it was $46 in Oct. 2006. No DTE takeover as he proclaimed and capital losses over a 3-year period. My deceased grandmother could have invested in CDs in Oct. 2006 and vastly outperformed zowski's DTE.
(2)why invest in DTE if it is essentially at the same level as one year ago? How have other companies such as AUY done during this year? AUY up,up and up some more and yet zowski calls it a POS. Colorful and erroneous language from someone.
(3) why talk about DTE's surge since March 2009 if other companies have done as well or better?

The bottom line is the bottom line and zowski has cost DTE investors actual $ since Oct. 2006. Since last year and even March 2009, DTE investors could have done better with other companies.

The Michigan economy is still in a recession and DTE will grapple with this recession for some time to come.
