No way in hell should you support the management without they telling you their detailed plan regarding the additional shares. They got to put the partnership/alliance option on the table to get my vote in yes. How can I trust these guys will not do massive dilutions (may be several times) just to keep their CFO and Counsel jobs which will be lost case of buyout?
