They took care of Cappy but can shareholder trust Cooper and Lopez to do what is in best interest of share holders? As a shareholder, I preferred to be bought out over going to several dilutions to carry the current management.

Cooper and Lopez have all the reasons to prevent any buyout because both of them will be out of job in that case. Who is going to carry expensive CFO and cousel. These two guys cost a million bucks a year considering their paycheck, bonuses and stockoptions. With their track records, I am sure none of them will be able to find a job paying this much. So can we trust them that they will do what is in best interst of us. I don't think so. Cooper used word "prudent" in cc call too many times which makes me skeptical of him.

Just for this reason, I voted no to more shares. I hope Amick will not let these two guys push their own interest in front of shareholders'.
