i can not believe that they want to screw the shareholders again even after the shareholders have carried these company for twelve years+, VOTE NO, the stock will be trding OTC with on weeks after the approval the company will keep shareholders on a leash for even up to two years, approvals may have more delays than shareholders even ever thought can come to pass, vote NO, FORCE THESE BOD TO SHOW THERE HAND LETS SEE IF THEY HAVE A PARTNER OR PEOPLE ARE KNOCKING DOWN the doors or is just bs, shareholders i think from reading the board here had enough of patience to wait for so long more than a decade for results, vote noooo.
